What do you mean by tuning when it comes to welding?

 

 

 

 

I can now tell you what I mean by that, and for me it’s a new Wig Brenner. From the company Roweld, which manufactures and configures welding torches the way you want them.

 

 

In other words, in different colors / different functions and different hosepack lengths, so if that’s not tuning, then I don’t know what is.

 

 

On the one hand, we have the fact that you can have it put together in cool colors, but of course that’s not enough, because the technical aspect is of course very important. I have to say I don’t want to weld with any other torch because this thing is really great.

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, what do I think is so good about it? I have an SR 20 burner and the cool thing about it is that it is extremely small and handy. Which I like very much and therefore have much more fun welding. In addition, I have a 6 m long hose set – I no longer have the problem of my hose set being too short.

 

 

 

DaWIG torch & hosepack from Roweld is provided with a nylon conversion and the whole thing still in my favorite color blue. But this one also has a technical advantage, namely that the burner and the whole hose package are much easier to handle and move around, which I also find extremely cool.

 

At the start of the burner there is of course a mega leather in case you should ever come into contact with a hot component.

 

 

 

Yes, I also have an up and down button to regulate the amperes up and down and this is also an absolute game changer for me for the reason that I save a lot more time because I don’t have to constantly adjust the welding machine.

 

 

 

That may sound a bit exaggerated, but I do it a few times a day, so it can easily add up to a few hours in a week. In the meantime, I have practiced using two fingers to operate the burner, once to start it and once to regulate the amperage.

 

 

 

So when I start welding and realize that the power is not yet sufficient, I simply turn up the amps directly on the torch during the welding process, which saves me a lot of time.
