Simson is coming back to life, and of course there is a special reason for this. The mopeds are mega easy to wrench and repair. You can customize them extremely well and tune them exactly to your taste.

Another big advantage is that the Simson mopeds were built before 1990 and therefore still have 60 KMH registered. This is virtually one of the few mopeds that can really go 60 KMH. Of course, that makes it extremely exciting to have a Simson moped like this, because you can get from A to B extremely quickly and easily.

There are now a lot of spare parts available again and you can really build a Simson from scratch and make it look really cool. Of course, we also have a number of articles and products in our store to make your moped more stable and safer.

Simson tuning: everything is possible

Actually, everything is now possible with Simson tuning and there is nothing that does not exist. A lot has really happened in the last few years. You get a lot of accessories and new parts in absolutely good quality. Everything from 50-120 cubic meters is no problem. Just in case, we have a few points to bring more safety into your moped. And of course we have these articles in our store to reinforce frames or improve tuning articles. Like Simson tuning cylinders, for example, which should have the best possible cooling. We have widened the cooling fins so that the cylinder can dissipate more heat.

Simson tuning exhaust

There are 2.3 weak points on the Simson S. 51 frame that break from time to time. Of course, precisely the areas that we regularly repair and weld here in our workshop. And so we simply know where the weak points are and have special repair kits to weld in ourselves. We also have a welding plate in different variants for the main frame or the upper chord for the areas that could be improved. The advantage here is that you get much greater stability in your main frame. We can of course do the whole thing for you or you can find the individual welding parts in our store to weld in yourself

Project: Reinforce Simson Schwalbe frame

The Simson Schwalbe also has weak points, which we regularly repair here in our workshop. Because we regularly have Schwalbe around and regenerate them, we know exactly which areas we have to repair and of course we also have repair kits in our store so that you can do these things yourself. The advantage here with the welded plates is that you get more stability in your main frame and can therefore, for example, also drive more powerful tuning engines in a relaxed manner.
