Is it possible to repair and weld motorcycle cylinders?

Yes, we do things like that every day. Repairing and welding cylinders, so to speak.

Quite often we have the case that cooling fins are broken off, worn and are worn out. Here we can completely restore the cooling fins by applying material and welding it so that it looks completely original again at the end.

But thread repairs are also no problem: we weld the entire manifold thread or stud bolt and then mill a new thread.
