Excellent cutting performance up to 20 mm material thickness

The WELDINGER PS 42 pilot pro CNC plasma cutter offers a high cutting performance and state-of-the-art inverter technology with pilot arc for fast, material-independent ignition. The main arc is formed as soon as the pilot arc touches the workpiece. This makes it possible to cut painted or primed sheet metal without preparatory sanding work.

Its particularly simple operation and uncomplicated set-up enable fast, speedy work with excellent results. The required air volume is up to 120 l/min, suitable WELDINGER fan compressors (e.g. WELDINGER FK 120 turbo or FK 190 Alu pro) and extensive accessories for plasma cutting can be found in our range. The required pressure regulator is integrated into the plasma cutter.

The PS 42 pilot pro CNC cuts all electrically conductive materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum and many more.

The plasma cutter is CNC-compatible via the interface on the back of the device. A machine burner is available separately.
