Suitable for SR 9 / SR 20 as well as SR 17 / SR 18 and SR 26 burners. Patented USA import product.

The successor to the legendary BBW Cup. This nozzle is not fixed via the O-ring as usual but is screwed to the burner. The BBWSG-19 is the second largest nozzle (after the SSBBW) in the FURICK range. Perfect visibility, ideal gas coverage in combination with a “proper” stickout,
makes the nozzle a perfect companion on stainless steel and titanium. Black material is of course also possible. If possible, a current of 200 amperes should not be exceeded. The amount of gas depends on the material and the weld itself. We weld the BBW from 9 to 20 liters. If things do get a little “tighter”, we recommend the Jazzy or the #8. As the glass nozzles are generally a little more “sensitive”, there is a matching ceramic series, which you can also find here in our store. The BBWSG-19 is only designed for use in DC welding.

The BBWSG-19 is designed for an electrode diameter of up to 2.4 mm.

The BBWSG-19 is supplied with a replacement sealing ring, a replacement strainer and a titanium ring.
