Excellent cutting performance up to 40 mm material thickness

The WELDINGER PS 100 pilot pro plasma cutter offers high cutting performance and state-of-the-art inverter technology with pilot arc for fast, material-independent ignition. The main arc is formed as soon as the pilot arc touches the workpiece.

Its particularly simple operation and uncomplicated set-up enable fast, speedy work with excellent results. The required air volume is up to 200 l/min, suitable WELDINGER fan compressors (e.g. WELDINGER FK 190 pro Alu/FK 200 pro mobile, FK 240 pro or FK 360 pro) and extensive accessories for plasma cutting can be found in our range.

The PS 100 pilot pro cuts all electrically conductive materials such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum and many more. It is equipped with a pressure regulator for the required compressed air source as standard. A high-quality plasma torch is included in the scope of delivery. Please note that the compressed air source must be able to supply at least 180 l/min for proper operation.

The WELDINGER PS 100 pilot pro is also equipped with a CNC interface on the rear of the device.
