WELDINGER stands for affordable functional tools. The EW 140 mini combi unit has also been designed with high-quality components and functionality in mind: A TIG welding unit is integrated, and the latest inverter technology allows for an even more compact and significantly lighter design than devices with comparable performance.

Contrary to the WELDINGER philosophy of equipping welding machines with 4 m long cables, we have deliberately opted for more user-friendly earth and electrode cables with lengths of 2 and 3 m for the EW 140 mini in order to ensure maximum mobility and handling.

Hot-Start (enables a welding start without the electrode sticking) and Antistick (reduces the welding current after sticking) are also integrated as proven auxiliary functions for a successful welding start. In addition, the VRD safety technology is unique in this price range, which reduces the voltage to a safe level when the welder is switched on but the electrode is not in use.

The device is single-phase and microprocessor-controlled, and a built-in fan ensures a long welding time. A particular advantage of all WELDINGER welding inverters, apart from their low weight, is their compatibility with the 230 V mains supply. The EW 140 mini was developed for welding normal steels. However, galvanized materials, stainless steel and high-strength steel can also be welded.

With its 2190 g mini weight, this power dwarf saves valuable resources and should therefore not be missing in any workshop.

In combination with the tried-and-tested WELDINGER AH 50 eco automatic solar helmet, you can also weld particularly safely. The helmet darkens immediately when the arc is ignited and provides reliable protection against harmful UV/IR radiation, bright light and welding spatter.

With five infinitely variable dark levels from DIN 9-DIN 13, you are perfectly equipped for electrode welding. The helmet has a solar cell with back-up battery as a power source, so that you can work unharmed even in poor lighting conditions. The lightly padded headband can be individually adjusted in no time at all to ensure a non-slip fit.

A high-quality WELDINGER electrode set for welding unleaded, low-alloy and galvanized steel, a slag hammer with spring handle and protective gloves made of full and split leather tested for harmful substances in accordance with EN 388 and EN 12477 A round off the set.
