Applicable shielding gases: Welding argon, mixed gases (e.g. M 11, M 23), also M32 and M21, taking carburization into account;

Standard designation: DIN 8556 (SG X 5 CRNiMoNb 19 12), EN 12072 ( G 19 12 3 Nb/W 19 12 3 Nb), AWS/ASME SFA-5.9 – similar to ER 318, B.S:2901 part2 (318 S96);
