The e3000 blower respiratory protection system in combination with the large and lightweight new flagship from optrel, the panoramaxx.

 

• With the e3000 blower respiratory protection system, optrel:

– Protection of the highest class (TH3) against respirable particles (smoke, aerosol and dust). The air you breathe becomes up to 500 times cleaner.

– Even air distribution in the fresh air helmet.

– Automatic air flow control.

– Additional cooling effect for a cool head. Better working conditions for more efficiency, comfort and performance.

 

• Details of the optrel panoramaxx

– Panoramic field of view

– The panoramaxx offers a field of vision up to 6.3 times larger than standard welding helmets. By adjusting the headband, the distance between the cartridge and the eyes can be regulated and thus the field of vision can be optimally adjusted.

– True color view

– A specially developed UV/IR filter enables the realistic color perception typical of optrel and brings colors into the welder’s world.

-Autopilot

– Fully automatic detection and setting of the protection level in the range 5 to 12.

* The autopilot can be switched off if required and the protection level can be set manually.

– State-of-the-art battery technology

– Thanks to the rechargeable lithium-polymer battery (via solar cells and USB cable), there is no need to change batteries.

For harsh environmental conditions, a highly efficient welder protection system is essential to ensure the welder’s working state of health. The optrel e3000 blower respiratory protection system with integrated particle filter of the highest class (TH3) reliably protects the welder’s airways from smoke, aerosols and dust in conjunction with an optrel PAPR welding helmet.

It filters out 99.8 % of (respirable and respirable) particles. These can be, for example
