The WELDINGER MIG 301 SYN puls pro LCD is a mobile, three-phase (400 V), air-cooled MIG/MAG professional welding inverter for DC welding. Its clear menu navigation provides an optimum overview of the set welding parameters such as voltage, welding current and wire speed as well as selected special functions. It is controlled digitally via a clear user interface using pushbuttons and push buttons. 17 (!) synergy programs facilitate the processing of mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum, and the inverter can also be operated in manual mode as an option. Four different torch operating modes as well as a pulse and double pulse function offer welding convenience at the highest level. A hose package MB24 and a welding torch MB36 with Teflon core are included in the scope of delivery for processing different materials.

MIG/MAG functions
– synergy mode for 0.8, 1.0 or 1.2 mm wire diameter (steel, stainless steel or aluminum), corresponding wire guide rolls are included in the scope of delivery
– robust four-roller drive made of metal, holder for D300 wire rolls (D200 optionally possible with centering adapter)
– fine settings for voltage correction (in synergy mode) and induction, gas test function
– high-quality hosepack MB 36 with Teflon core and MB 24, each with Euro central connection
– 2- and 4-cycle operation, manual welding mode, pulse, double pulse and single cold pulse (Cool Pulse) with slow wire feed
– spool gun interface
– polarity reversal cable on the front of the device for synergic cored wire operation
