Cost-effective screw-in system for standard clamping sleeves

Standard hand-grinding holders do not accept standard TIG clamping sleeves. The user has to purchase expensive special clamping sleeves to be able to clamp the different diameters of tungsten electrodes. The WELDINGER SCHLEIF-FIX can be used with clamping sleeves that are part of the standard equipment of a TIG torch! Due to its universal design, clamping sleeves of different sizes can be used. A tungsten electrode must be ground concentrically and always in the longitudinal direction to ensure a stable arc. With the WELDINGER TIG GRIND-FIX you can safely grind tungsten electrodes from 30-175 mm in length!

Easy to use: First insert the electrode into the clamping sleeve and then into the grinding aid. Then close the cap. Grinders with a rotating grindstone, for example, are suitable for sanding. Rotate the electrodes evenly around their own axis while grinding, moving them from left to right. Whether the electrode needs to be sharpened to a point or slightly blunter depends on the welding current and the welding material used.
