Welding wire made of stabilized chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel for TIG or MIG/MAG welding of stainless austenitic steels for operating temperatures up to +400°C.

Directional analysis of the pure weld metal in percent (%) [Richtwerte]: C (0.04), Si (0.8), Mn (1.6), Cr (19.0), Mo (2.7), Ni (11.5), Nb+Ta (min. 12x % C max 1.1);

Applicable shielding gases: Welding argon, mixed gases (e.g. M 11, M 23), also M32 and M21, taking carburization into account;

Standard designation: DIN 8556 (SG X 5 CRNiMoNb 19 12), EN 12072 ( G 19 12 3 Nb/W 19 12 3 Nb), AWS/ASME SFA-5.9 – similar to ER 318, B.S:2901 part2 (318 S96);
