Since the „ceramic age“ of flap discs or fiber, cutting and roughing discs, the performance requirements for hand-held power tools (e.g. angle grinders etc.) have increased enormously. Most devices can no longer withstand this additional friction and contact pressure in the long term. Grinders overheat very quickly, switch off automatically or armatures and field packs burn out quickly. Eisenblätter has taken up this challenge by further developing its ceramic flap discs and has further developed its speed-controlled angle grinder under the brand name VARILEX®. The new VARILEX® 1802 HT (High Torque) model now meets all performance requirements for state-of-the-art ceramic grinding wheels of all kinds.

• New ventilation technology and overload protection for previously unattainable high torques (High Torque) – 100% Made in Germany.
• Newly developed, particularly ergonomic handle allows fatigue-free working – with a total weight of only 2.6 kg, with rubberized inserts for better grip.
• Speed range of 2,400 – 8,900 rpm, optimized especially for ceramic grinding wheels, variably and constantly adjustable via tachogenerator
• Ideal angle grinder for all surface work, grinding, cutting, roughing, cleaning and polishing, for disc sizes from 115 – 150 mm diameter.
• Spindle lock with robust slip clutch to prevent accidental pressing during operation.
• Balanced, vibration-damped gearbox handle. Optional: Optional: vibration-damped 3D ball handle vibration-damped 3D ball handle ensures balanced handling, even when working overhead.
• Also ideal as a stationary drive motor for optional flexible shafts (M14 thread) or as a stationary motor for mounting on work tables thanks to the optionally available, robust ball joint bracket.
