The defined cutting geometry does not produce dust as with abrasive removal, but chips. This reduces potential health and explosion hazards to an absolute minimum compared to the grinding process. The safest, most effective and most economical solution for manual processing of aluminum.

Application: For processing aluminum alloys on one-hand angle grinders 115-125mm. It is used across all industries in container, ship and vehicle construction as well as in the aluminum casting sector. The most common application is the pre- and post-processing of weld seams (chamfering and cleaning), the milling of root seams and the rough machining of castings.
