Portable grinder for tungsten electrodes

Effective

The Neutrix is a portable grinder that meets the requirements for safe and environmentally friendly grinding of high-quality tungsten electrodes for TIG and plasma welding. Grinding in the longitudinal direction of the electrode, an infinitely variable grinding angle, three grinding positions on the diamond wheel and the electrode holder ensure efficient grinding.

Mobile and safe

The carrying case and low weight make the Neutrix ideal for tasks where you need to take the sander with you. The Neutrix is also equipped with an integrated dust filter that protects against harmful sanding dust and enables safe disposal.

Short electrodes

The Neutrix can grind electrodes of 19 mm and even 15 mm with a special collet, for example for orbital welding. The sight glass on the grinder makes it easy to follow the grinding process, allowing you to ensure that the electrode does not spark during the grinding process. This prevents the electrode from being damaged by too high a temperature.

Simple operation

Place the electrode in the electrode holder and tighten it in the stick-out adjustment. Set the stepless degree scale to the desired angle. Insert the electrode holder into the feed channel. Start the device. The holder is rotated until the stop is reached and the grinding process is complete.
