The WELDINGER TIG grinding boy is an indispensable aid for the correct grinding of tungsten electrodes. Its sturdy metal housing, excellent workmanship and the long service life of the diamond grinding wheel, which is also greased, enable fast, precise grinding results. Smooth-running knurled screws, which are easy to operate even when wearing work gloves, an easy-to-read sanding angle scale and the removable metal sanding dust container ensure the highest level of operating comfort.

The TIG Schleifboy is equipped with a 2.4 mm clamping sleeve as standard. We also supply the device with 1.6 mm, 2.0 mm and 3.2 mm clamping sleeves. Grinding wheel and clamping sleeves are also available separately as wear parts!

Our tip: If you regularly grind tungsten electrodes with different diameters, we recommend purchasing a second needle holder (item 3728) to avoid the inconvenience of changing the clamping sleeves over time.
