DIAMONDSPARK 46 RC Seamless cored wire, overalloyed Böhler

Fully sealed, copper-plated flux-cored wire electrode for single or multi-layer welding of unalloyed and low-alloy structural and fine-grain structural steels with shielding gas M21 (Ar / CO2) or 100% CO2. The weld metal offers good notched impact strength down to -30°C under M21. The cored wire is characterized by excellent weldability, especially in constrained positions. Very high welding speeds are possible in position PF thanks to optimized slag characteristics. Smooth seam appearance, low spatter formation and easy to remove slag are among the other product properties. The hydrogen content of the pure weld metal is very low at 1-3 ml / 100 g weld metal due to the seamless design.
